The Volkswagen Group South Africa takes the opportunity to congratulate every winner that was recognized during the 2011 Customer Centricity Awards.
The awards took place in Cape Town, Port Elizabeth, Johannesburg and Durban. Attendees from Dealerships gave the event an overall thumbs-up and recognized the drive for superior customer service, and more specifically, customer delight.
Dealers commented that, “It was the best regional event we have ever attended. The venues were excellent and the food was superb.”
Referring to the evening line-up, others said, “The MC was so witty and above all the entertainment was fantastic, it was great to have true grass roots, home-grown talent.”
During 2008, the Customer Centricity Programme (CCP) was launched in the Dealer Network and within Volkswagen Group South Africa. After five years of focused effort there have been many successes and the Dealer network is intent on creating positive customer experiences. From 2011 onwards the Customer Centricity Programme has been re-named CCP2 and the intent has been to increase the effort and get exponential results.
The principal goal of the CCP2 undertaking is to support the 8 to Great strategic priority, in particular to achieve the number 1 position in customer service as ranked by Competitive Customer Service Index (CCSI) scores. The role of the CCP2 team within the greater marketing effort is to drive Customer Centricity at a Dealership level.
“Congratulations to my Claremont Volkswagen team! Through hard work, dedication and your passion for excellence we have achieved this exceptional award. I am proud to be part of this award winning team.” - Trevor Hodges, Service Department Manager
