Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Parts ordering process
  • Ensure agreed targets are met
  • Parts hand-over
  • Parts returns/take back
  • Excellent Customer Service
  • Internal communication
  • Sales and marketing activities
  • Finance and administration

Customer Care:

  • Conduct all transactions with customers professionally
  • Ensuring a positive image of the Brand/Dealership
  • Ensure accurate identification of customers needs
  • Ensure customers’ orders/quotations are processed speedily and accurately
  • Maintain effective communication with existing and prospective customers
  • Queries to be handled efficiently and courteously
  • Follow up and feedback on parts on back order
  • Follow through from order until delivery to customer

Product Knowledge:

  • Knowledge of customer base
  • Ensure all product knowledge training is attended
  • Ensure all “Claremont Holdings” standards are known and adhered to
  • Stay abreast of new developments in market place
  • Understand Parts Warranty procedure

Education & Experience:

  • Minimum 3 year VW/Audi parts sales experience
  • Minimum Grade 12 + Drivers license
  • Computer Literate and Evolve/Kerridge experience
  • Knowledge of motor industry preferable

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • To sell the maximum number of units & obtain the best profit available within the Company pricing Policy.
  • To make sure that the Customer is aware of all our back-end products.
  • To make sure that the highest level of customer satisfaction is met in order to ensure future repeat business.
  • Conduct 21 point checks, daily


  • References essential
  • Must be available to work Saturdays and public holidays.
  • Matric Certificate is a minimum requirement
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Proven record and experience in the motor retail (preferably premium segment)
  • Well-spoken and well groomed.
